This former palace was built in 1797 as the country-seat of the last Labin landlord. Sveti Martin (Saint Martin ) is a peaceful place, situated above the river Raša and is surrounded by a number of small peasant houses in a genuine natur. The palace is approached through a stone gate and hundred-year old chestnut alley. Outside the building there is the St. Martin´s parish church, built in 1907, and the 16th century Madona of Health church. The palace was restored in 2002 by efforts of three families. It offers accomodation in 6 comfortable apartments, has a wine-celler (konoba) and a typical istrian fireplace. In the Konoba the hosts serve a rich homemade breakfast if desired and they offer Istrian prosciutto and domestic cheese with a glass of good Istrian wine such as malvazija or teran. Next to the grounds is a restaurant which offers nice Istrian cuisine. The house offers out-of-door activities such as bike touring in the surrounding villages with lovely landscape, walking tours to the river Raša valley, wild aromatic herbs or mushrooms gathering. For those who prefer short walks in the healthful air there is a nearby pine wood forest. The hosts also rent bicycles. The palace is only 15 km from the beautiful Rabac tourist resort beaches and 10 km from the center of the City of Labin. Martin (Sankt Martin) über dem Tal des Flusses Raša (Rascha), umgeben von kleinen Bauernhöfen und purer Natur. Zum Palast führt ein Steintor und eine Allee von hundertjährigen Kastanienbäumen. Außerhalb des Komplexes liegt die im Jahr 1907 ausgebaute Pfarrkirche von Sankt Martin, und die kleine baufällige Gesundheitsmarienkirche aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Der Palast wurde im Jahr 2002 durch die Zusammenarbeit von 3 Familien erneuert. Es wurden 6 komfortable Ferienwohnungen eingerichtet, ein Weinkeller (Konoba), und eine istrische Feuerstelle. In der Weinstube servieren die Wirtsleute auf Wunsch ein reichhaltiges, hausgemachtes Frühstück. Auch bieten sie einen Imbiss mit Istrischem Schinken und heimischem Käse zusammen mit einem Glas guten Istrianischen Wein wie zum Beispiel Malvasier oder Teran an. An das Gelände angrenzend bietet ein Restaurant istrische Küche an. Man kann Fahrradtouren durch die benachbarten Dörfer und die schöne Natur machen, oder auf markierten Wanderwegen bis zum Raška (Raschka) Tal wandern und Heilpflanzen und Pilzen sammeln.
